Our Academic program is comprehensive, college preparatory, and taught within a Christian framework. Thomas Jefferson Academy is known for its small-school environment. Student teacher ratio is 9:1. This allows our teachers to spend more time with the student, and ensures that all learners’ needs are met. Thomas Jefferson employs Georgia certified teachers who provide outstanding academic courses including Saxon math, phonics, Accelerated Reader, science and history. College Prep courses, Honors classes, and Advanced Placement Classes are offered in our high school. Our elementary school students have art, music and STEAM (science, technology, engineering, art and math) once a week and Physical Education twice a week. Our middle and high school students participate in One Act Play and Literary. They also dig deeper into music, history and art appreciation in our Humanities courses. Out students have various interests and it is our goal at Thomas Jefferson to foster these interests and help develop our students into leaders of tomorrow.
